It appears to me that about 3M warrants were exercised in the past 3 weeks or so, we were 138M shares o/s and are now over 141M. There will be a significant amount of warrants being exercised as the acclelerated trigger clause on the warrants should be met this Friday end of day. This will force the PP holders to buy up their warrants, they have 30 days after notice by EV to do so or they expire. I do expect some selling to recapture initial investment and/or the value of the warrants, so I'm not expecting major upward movement on the stock until the JV agreement is officially signed.
I'm exercising on 2 sets of warrants and have sent in my warrant purchase advice to EV today. I've said before and I'll reiterate, I'm waiting for $.40 to start selling.
