Holy Moly!!

Holy Moly!!They can't stop hiring.  I've been watching this page to see what's happening.  There have been positions listed and gone, likely hired for them.  I see the much needed "Social Media Manager" position is stil open.  Can't their sought after "marketing director" do that?.

But, WOW! the list continues to grow.  Now a marketing director.....I thought they had this already...or a VP of something. There are several managers and VP's etc. that I can't keep it all straight.
I had to scroll for a half hour just to get to the bottom of the page.  So much scroling my finger got a blister.

Far!! too top heavy for a company with no substantive revenues.  It's not just the cash burn for salaries, there are other associated costs.  Offices (I believe they already have 8?? locations according to one of their videos I saw), equipment, etc.  Unless there is a surprise Q1 coming, the burn rate is concerning.  Everyone needs cash, where will it come from?  If they start diluting massive volumes while the price drops I will see it as a failure and move on.  Love the technology and the concepts.  Not loving the recent flags I see.  I don't see a focus as I did before.  All over the map.

But hey, if they are going to dilute (chances seem to be going up by the day) they are only diluting themselves with significant insider ownership.  Me too of course and I hate it.  Buffett hasn't diluted Berkshire for 50 years for this exact reason.  His shareholders are owners and he values that and it shows in the marketcap.

Crazy man.  Simply crazy.
