In first quarter reporting WEF stated it purchased 3,832,858 out of 18,759,858 leaving  14,927,410 shares available to purchase by Aug 10, 2021.

With debt of  69. million WEF unable to use NCIB to purchase shares until last quarter when debt repaid in full and WEF reported in Q1 sale to First Nations of 23 million May 3. With cash flow from operations it has plenty of cash for NCIB.

With lumber prices at record high , I personally am waiting until Q2 in three months before consider  selling my stock. Q2 could take us to $ 3.00 in next three months.

I wouldn't be surprised to see $4 in 3 months, and a lot higher before the market corrects.
