Just rough "back of the envelope" math.
Once the next FINS come out everyone will have a better idea of where NRTH is financially.
I looked at current Mcap of 40.5M and applied a couple of assumptions.
IF they do not need to sell - in other words capable of generating free cash flow by reducing the expenditures and increasing revenue they will be negotiating from a position of strength.
At an MCap of 75M the SP would be approx 33 cents
MCap of 100M the SP woudl be approx 45 cents
Add a premium and we should land somewhere in the 50 cent range
Just my thoghts
