My gut feeling is NFG will end up with a market cap of between 3 and 5 billion USD sometime this year. I can't really see them proving up anymore than about 10 million ounces in one year and that could be a stretch. So that would give us 3 to 5 times our money. Anything beyond that kind of market cap and I think they would have to be producing significant ounces per year similar to Fosterville. I'm not sure how fast they could put this puppy into production but I'm thinking it could be done relatively fast given the nature of the discovery.
I really can't see NFG being able to attain a 10 to 15 billion market cap without some serious production which you would think would have to be at least 3 years away and that is being optimistic. All of that being said if this discovery does get big enough and we already know it's very rich (extremely high grade) perhaps a major would pay a premium on the ultimate valuation due to the extremely high grade nature of the gold and the cheap cost of production.
