The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

RE:This is a bull shte company just stringin us alongCashmoneycashdo....  Yeah, we have a few hurdles alight but I would not go that far.  Vegas will come back and 1933.  Not happy with dilution in the meantime.  This delay in quarterly reports gives us way too much time on our hands to scrutinize and question everything.... :) If your reading Paul Rosen - - Speed up those damned reports!!
