RE:Value of BekAs the company follows IFRS, properties are being constantly evaluated and valued. In BEK they actually apply the Fair Value method vs the Cost method. That means that gains and losses on held real estate make their way into "Comprehensive Income" (cost discloses FMV in Footnotes)
So the carrying values of those properties should see an increase if you are right about the Ontario commercial real estate market
