Analyst commentsCanaccord reiterates BUY, raises target to $5 from $4.75. TD downgrades and lowers target to $4.75 from $5.  I guess they cancel each other out? haha

Even TD, in their downgrade, notes that Slate is trading at a 39% discount to NAV vs a 5% average discount for other small cap REITs. I guess the TD analyst is not a value guy.
