DCM lists its IR contact info at the bottom of its press release. And, they do take emails/calls.
Always best to introduce yourself by email. Ask for a call, if you're comfortable.
I don't know your profile (i.e. if you've been investing for a long time, etc.).
But, always best to start off calls with what's the story?, who's the team?, what's changed recently?, and what do you think the market is missing? -- before getting into the nitty gritty. Listen well and push in areas you think are most interesting.
