Layman's terms, you say? Sure.... here it is...

1. Helium is quite scarce, is already very valuable, and is about to become even more so.
2. DME / DMEHF has lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots
( is that enough "lots"? ) of helium. And about to find even more!
