Glencore Deal

Glencore Deal

I really hope they finalized the deal with Glencore - it is a big part of CNC being able to show a low CAPEX cost. To be honest I thought they would have announced a completed deal by now.

The MOU was deemed by the exchange as a reason enough to halt trading for 4 days last time. Wouldn't the completed deal require a halt as well? And wouldn't the deal need to be completed for CNC to be able to finalise the numbers on the PEA?

I would be surprised if they tucked a completed Glencore deal into the appendix of the PEA. I think it would be considered material news and require a release right?..
