It is puzzling, I can't help but think Cmmc is a takeover candidate. PE doesn't really apply to miners the same as it does with other businesses however, going forward it's probably around 4 to 1. It seems Cmmc hasn't received the love some other producers get. TD for example has a price target of 4.75 and a hold but go on to say the estimate is probably too low. Analysts forecasts are generally useless I find but they do influence some people's decisions. I believe there could be some manipulation here as well as the daily trading seems to show some patterns. I imagine this gap will fill and we will have more upside then profit taking then repeat.
