You always talk about these lock up periods. For many of these companies lock ups do not exist unless of course they already have the information. A lockup is required only by your own corporate bylaws. Some put in dates or times for ethical reasons. As far as I know there is no lock up period with Tusk unless they already have drill results then it has nothing to do with a lock up but rather acting on insider information. If they have lock up periods in their bylaws it seems to me Mr. Rubin would not been able to sell shares when he did! Think about it!
