Arizona audit may end up giving Trump the Presidency The Arizona Senate is doing an audit of the votes cast for Trump and Biden in Arizona's largest county, Maricopa county, during the Presidential election because of complaints of massive fraudulent Arizona votes for Biden. Biden won Arizona by only 10,457 votes, out of the millions of votes cast. If the recount shows that Trump won Arizona, and not Biden, other swing states are considering auditing their election results.
It is VERY POSSIBLE THAT TRUMP WILL BE DECLARED WINNER OF THE 2020 ELECTION. THAT WILL THROW THINGS INTO CAOS, it will take the courts and the Supreme Court to decide the winner. Unfortunately, as has been seen in many recent cases, the Supreme Court DOESN'T FOLLOW THE LAW, so there is no way to know how they will rule.
IF Trump is declared winner, he will be FOR THE PEBBLE MINE, even though his son, who is an environmentalist that doesn't bother to research the actual facts on what his latest 'cause' involves, and ignores science, is against the mine. But if he realizes Pebble's immense holdings of rare earths will help his green earth movement, he may end up deciding that Pebble is essential to his cause, and champion its opening.
IF TRUMP WINS, PEBBLE WINS.
SO, HOW IS THE RECOUNT GOING?
During the Presidential election, observers watching the Arizona counting of the ballots reported multiple instances where they said that they observed massive fraud taking place involving fake ballots being cast for Biden, and votes for Trump being switched to Biden. Democrats insisted that that was absolutely insane and that that could not take place. The courts agreed with them and refused Republican requests to have the ballots and voting checked for irregularities.
The Democrats did a recount in February and said that there was no fraud, but the Republican observers in many instances were not allowed to get close enough to see what was going on. Therefore they wanted another recount done, one by them that would be an in-depth recount that would include making sure the ballots had legitimate voter names and addresses, and also one where the voting machines themselves were tested.
The Senate said that they will insist that the Democratic observers get a front-row seat on the entire recount so that there will be no way that they can say that the recount results were faked. If it shows that Biden won, then so be it. The main thing is that people will know that the results are legitimate.
The courts finally agreed to this and a recount was ordered. A stadium that was large enough to hold the recount and all the people that would be required was found. Because the Democrats, and the media, insist that the election was legitimate and that Trump, and the Republican's statements that there was fraud involved in the voting, are wrong, the Senate said that the Democrats would welcome the recount and expedite its process. Therefore the Senate said that the recount would be completed by May 14, when high school graduation exercises are scheduled to take place.
Biden won Arizona by 10,457 votes. Arizona's largest county, Maricopa county, had 2,016,439 residents cast votes in the Presidential race between Trump and Biden, with Biden receiving 1,040,774 votes. This is the county that will have the recount.
If the audit of Arizona's Maricopa county shows that just 10,458 of those millions of votes were fraudulent votes for Biden, or if fraudulent votes have been removed prior to sending the ballots to be audited, and if the missing votes add up to more than10,457 fewer Biden votes, then Trump will have won Arizona. Of course, the recount could go the other way and Biden could end up with more votes than originally counted.
But if the recount does show that there were fraudulent Biden votes, especially enough fraudulent votes to make Trump the winner, then it could cause other recounts. Biden's margin of winning votes in other swing states was also close. If other swing states then do an audit, and Trump comes out ahead, then Trump might still be declared the winner of the 2020 Presidential election.
Is there any reason to think that there may have been fraud involved in the election? Yes!

Here is how the audit is progressing so far:
The Democrats filed several lawsuits trying to stop the recount, and so the Arizona Senate officials which were trying to do an audit of the Arizona Maricopa County election were stymied for 2 1/2 months by Democratic lawsuits. Even though all the lawsuits were eventually dismissed, the audit was stopped while the lawsuits went through the courts, and this slowed down the audit.
Now that their lawsuits have been thrown out, the Maricopa County officials are still preventing the audit from going forward because the officials in charge of the routers that show the tabulations and connections to the voting machines, that are needed to obtain the voting data, are refusing to turn them over. They are also refusing to turn over the passwords of the Dominion voting machines, to the auditing personnel, that would let them examine the Dominion machines for discrepancies.
They did eventually turn over hundreds of bags containing the ballots, after having stalled supplying them for a considerable period of time. This would have allowed them sufficient time to tamper with the bags of ballots, although this is not being implied.
When the bags containing the ballots arrived, ALL THE SEALS WERE CUT OPEN and the number of ballots in most of the bags was less than what was certified to have been in the bags. Not just some of the ballot-containing bags, the majority of the bags were missing ballots. Why would someone remove ballots that had been certified as being valid by the previous auditors? Was this possibly just due to a miscount on the number of ballots in the bags by the previous auditors?
In some of the bags, there were more ballots than certified for those bags. Were ballots taken out of multiple bags and then the wrong amounts put back into bags, or were they just previously counted and certified incorrectly?
There were NO CASES of bags that contained the correct number of ballots. The Democrats said that that does not mean they were tampered with. Possibly the seals were cut during the previous recount, BUT the bags were supposed to have been resealed after that recount.
The ongoing audit of ballots cast in Maricopa County, Arizona has uncovered "significant discrepancies" in the number of ballots versus the number of ballots that are supposed to exist. Political strategist Boris Epshteyn states that since the discrepancies may be as high as 9% to 17.5%, and, if that applies to the entire Arizona vote, then it is "likely that Joe Biden did not win Arizona."
To put the 9% to 17,5% discrepancies into context, the Election Assistance Commission (originally the Federal Election Commission) allows a maximum error rate of just 0.0008 percent in the vote counts. Any discrepancy above that is unacceptable.
The official Maricopa Arizona Audit Twitter account, controlled by Arizona Former Secretary of State Ken Bennett, confirmed the discrepancy and its significance. “As we open boxes of ballots delivered by Maricopa County, we are discovering significant discrepancies between the number of ballots therein and the batch reports included in the boxes.”
Attorneys for Maricopa County have refused to produce the routers used in connection with the general election, asserting that providing the routers would “endanger the lives of law enforcement officers, their operations, or the protected health information and personal data of Maricopa County’s citizens.”
It was pointed out to the attorneys, that the routers in question, were ONLY supposed to be used specifically for the voting process, and nothing else, and therefore they should not contain information relating to enforcement officers or any other information.
However, in the spirit of cooperation, the Arizona Senate officials said that they would come to where the Democrats were keeping the routers and do the audit there so that the Democrat's staff could monitor the entire operation to make sure that no sensitive information was accessed. So far Maricopa County is still refusing access to the routers.
Separately, Maricopa County has refused to provide the passwords necessary to access vote tabulation of Dominion's voting machines. Its attorneys’ insistence that the County does not have custody or control of this information is belied by the fact that the county previously did its own audit and used the passwords in order to obtain the needed information.

Maricopa County officials state that they were not involved in using the Dominion voting machines during the Presidential election, that It was two Dominion employees that were in charge of the Dominion's machines at the time of the election. Therefore, the Republican auditors will have to contact Dominion for the passwords.
However, according to audit vendor, Pro V&V, Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) provided passwords directly to Maricopa Board of Election employees when they did an audit of the election results in February. And those employees logged into the equipment themselves, allowing auditors system access.
Dominion is refusing to honor the subpoena and hand over the passwords to the Arizona Senate audit team. Possibly Dominion may fight the Arizona Senate audit team in court to try to prevent having to turn over the passwords to them.
On Wednesday afternoon, it was discovered that “the entire database” showing the “Results Tally and Reporting” for the 2020 election has been deleted from the Maricopa County voting machines!
Several databases subpoenaed for the purpose of the audit have been removed, including files that contain the election results and how they were tallied. There’s evidence these databases were removed right before being handed over, and while subject to a subpoena. By law, this is criminal activity.
Arizona Senate President Karen Fann stated that it appears that someone deleted a main database from the Election Management System, following the announcement that the Senate was going to do an audit. “We have recently discovered that the entire ‘Database’ directory from the D drive of the machine ‘EMSPrimary’ has been deleted.”
Fann sent a letter to the county stating:
"This suggests that the main database for all election-related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed." She added, "Can you please advise as to why these folders were deleted, and whether there are any backups that may contain the deleted folders?"
The audit team's Twitter account, which is run by unspecified volunteers, said that the team's allegations point toward "spoilation of evidence" by county officials.
In reaction to Republican efforts to do an audit, Robert Reich of the Baltimore wrote:
We must not forget that Republicans tried to overturn the election.
The Washington Post wrote, in the GOP, survival means allowing Trump's election lie to live on.
MPR News: A surge of false theories about mass voter fraud in the 2020 general election left many with lingering doubts about former President Donald Trump’s defeat. The “big lie,” that there was election fraud, which led to more than 60 lawsuits seeking to overturn the election results, has been rejected or discredited in multiple courts across the country.
..................
The implication is that the lawsuits had no merit and that that is why they were thrown out. Except, as has already been shown, they did have merit.
Only by letting the lawsuits be heard, could people have had an assurance that the election was legitimate. Unfortunately, for the country, this did not happen.
But now, a court HAS allowed a Republican governmental entity, the Arizona Senate, to examine a set of ballots for fraudulent votes.
Despite the above journalist's objections to the audit, the Republican Senate auditors state that they are going to continue going forward with the audit.
The Senate auditors also stated, "As the audit has progressed, in addition to all the election-related data being erased from the main database, the Senate’s contractors have become aware of apparent omissions, inconsistencies, and anomalies relating to Maricopa County’s handling, organization, and storage of ballots."
The County has not provided any chain-of-custody documentation for the ballots. Does such documentation exist, and if so, will it be produced?
The bags in which the ballots were stored are not sealed, although the audit team has found at the bottom of many boxes cut seals of the type that would have sealed a ballot bag. Why were these seals placed at the bottom of the boxes?
Batches within a box are frequently separated by only a divider without any indication of the corresponding batch numbers. In some cases, the batch dividers are missing altogether. This lack of organization has significantly complicated and delayed the audit team’s ballot processing efforts. What are the County’s procedures for sorting, organizing, and packaging ballot batches?
Most of the ballot boxes were sealed merely with regular tape and not secured by any kind of tamper-evident seal. Is that the County’s customary practice for storing ballots?
The audit team has encountered a significant number of instances in which there is a disparity between the actual number of ballots contained in a batch and the total denoted on the pink report slip accompanying the batch. In most of these instances, the total on the pink report slip is greater than the number of ballots in the batch, although there are a few instances in which the total is lower. What are the reasons for these discrepancies?
A week before election machines were delivered to the audit, an administrator at Maricopa County deleted a directory full of election databases from the 2020 election cycle.
We have recently discovered that the entire “Database” directory from the D drive of the machine “EMSPrimary” has been deleted. This removes election-related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena. In addition, the main database for the Election Management System (EMS) Software, “Results Tally and Reporting,” is not located anywhere on the EMSPrimary machine, even though all of the EMS Clients reference that machine as the location of the database. This suggests that the main database for all election-related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed. Can you please advise as to why these folders were deleted, and whether there are any backups that may contain the deleted folders?
The county has given its reply.
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors state that former President Donald Trump claimed without evidence that his loss was marred by fraud. Instead, the audit is a sham. Senate President Karen Fann is making an attempt at legitimatizing a swindle or confidence game, disguised as an audit.
Fann sent a letter questioning records that document the chain of custody of the ballots and accusing county officials of deleting data.
The county on Monday sent a 12-page response vehemently denying wrongdoing, explaining its processes, and accusing the Senate audit team of incompetence.
“They can’t find the files because they don’t know what they're doing," Sellers said during a public meeting held to refute Fann's allegations. “We wouldn't be asked to do this on-the-job training if qualified auditors had been hired to do this work.”
Fann did not comment on the accusations but pointed out that Maricopa County sent copies of their letter to the media before sending it to her.
(Why not just send their questions/concerns to her, instead of first to the media, unless they weren't serious in their accusations and just wanted a media circus to hide what is really happening?)
The County Board said they won't appear in the Senate, as requested by Fann, to answer questions, and would not give in to Fann's demands for the county's internet routers, which county officials say would compromise sensitive data unrelated to elections.
Fann has also demanded an administrative password for vote-counting machines, but county officials say those are maintained by the system's manufacturer, Dominion Voting Systems Inc., which says it will not give such access to the Senate auditors.
The County threatened to sue if senators or auditors accuse them of breaking the law.
Bill Gates, the vice-chairman of the Board of Supervisors is reaching out to all the people who care for truth and are against the narrative of election fraud, to let officials and businesses know that they oppose the audit.
He urged people to “contact those elected officials to whom they donate money."
“This is creating a black eye to Arizona and I would think that those business leaders would want this to stop.”
On Thursday the Arizona Senate audit commission stated that they were shutting down their audit for one week in order to let the graduation classes have use of the auditorium. After that, they will continue with the audit. Hopefully, by that time their subpoena requests will have been honored.
..................
The Democrats, and the media, have repeatedly talked day after day after day, about the "Big Lie" by Donald Trump, and the Republicans, that there was fraud involved in the election. If it is a Big Lie, then the Democrats should be ecstatic that an in-depth audit is being done because it would prove that there was no fraud in the Presidential election and that Biden is the legitimate winner. Instead, they are doing everything in their power to prevent the audit.
If the audit does show that there was fraud involved in the election, then the Democrats may say that the audit was fraudulent.
Already some are claiming that the audit committee had stated that the audit would be done by May 14 so that the auditorium could be used for the graduation exercises. Because that deadline has passed, the audit should be terminated. They fail to mention that they are the ones that caused that delay.
Interestingly, 'Business Insider' just had an editorial that stated:
The Republican party used to generate actual policy ideas, but no longer.
Now trolling and obstructionist shenanigans are all the GOP cares about.
................
I think that they are confused and are actually talking about the Democratic party.
This audit should prove interesting. Yes, Democrats, to quote the ancient Chinese curse, you live in interesting times.
