It is a significant sponsor of two real estate investment trusts (REITs): Morguard REIT, a closed-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial real estate assets; and Morguard North American Residential REIT, an open-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of multi-suite residential assets across North America.

Good to see the uptick. Tending very nicely. Technical guys should love this.

Big investors will see the deep value and pounce. Need those Analysts to point out the compelling value.

That was good news on its Parent Co repaing its 4% $200 million debenture with new money at a little over 2%. What a bargain! Nice savings on that for some years.

Shorts are in increasing danger and will have to buy back. Good Luck Longs.
