There's nothing about the "concept" that is difficult to understand.  However, the reality is that there should be an obvious trail of evidence to sustain the reality (or not) of that concept.

Cdn gov't regulations mandate that registered insiders "must file an insider report within 5 calendar days of any change in stock ownership".  Those trading reports are filed with SEDI.

SEDI shows zero sales of SIC by ES thus far for 2021

Blindboy, thanks for posting the guidance. However, keep in mind that the above does not stop any back door deals. Sometimes you will see large buys/sells in a stock on an otherwise uneventlful day.

Take a look at SIC's trading pattern the past few weeks on how it trades on large volumes within a small range. Buyers know they are taking a chance on it going down if there is a NO vote and upside with a YES vote. Sellers taking some money off the table. Otherwise the price action doesn't make sense with the crazy price movement of LAB and Explolts and NFG which hit 1.4 Billion.

Lots going on behind the scenes in the game the big boys play.
