RE:RE:markets and docSure, but acquired companies are not big guys. If they sold the company and they have a paper where it says you can convert these 2M shares at $2.39 and after a year the SP is 1.59... they probably have some kind of redemption to get paid in cash, or they can agree to get new shares, recalculated to get 2.5M at 1.59 ..
Big guys have million and one way to get their money back, be sure in that. Retail investors are the one who get nailed at the end.
