That's a really simpleton question evey from you.  They got a new mortgage at a lower rate and the mortgage is now slightly higher.  SOOOO WHAT!!!!

Convertible Debenture also decreased by almost $600k.  No complaint from you about that. 

Total Liabilities are down by almost $1million.  Hmmm.  No complaint from you about that.
