The short sellers are barking up the wrong tree. Maybe its just a hedge against other REIT positions (e.g. long SRU.UN, short MRT.UN). Still seems crazy to me, MRT.UN has big upside potential.

MRT.DB debentures trading good volume today at 100.50.
