I think we are all getting tired -

if this was a proper public company, it would be urgent attention and dealt with within a month. Not a well wait for 5 months to sort this out. Now deal with 7 months of feedback.

There were audit cost challenges but the relaxed approach is why we are here

" we have till October to get audited statements and re-instate our status"

That was mid year. The amount of time this has been halted makes you question why they just didn't pay the original audit costs - again sits with Boris. 13 months off the market now.
