the RBC comment "while the OIG report could cause some stock price volatility, mgmt is confident...."

I read the comment to mean that there could be a an initial reaction to the headline, -
- the logical inference would be that they see it as a buying opporitunity, since they expect little to come of it.

RBC also maintained rating and target.
