The interesting part is
Mike's comment about straight to 100,000 tpd open pit (fully permitted for 70 tpd already) It means he has confidence in expanding it from the get go given the new copper outlook.

Ncu is not doing 100 tpd of anything. They project 100 tpy in a few years once open pit in production. That reference is to actual copper being produced.
