Best - I think the point of recent events is that they are no longer a one trick pony and are transitioning into a full service remote home provider.  It also occurs to me that what is currently just CMS billing could easily become insurance billing.   Just thinking aloud of course.  Let's see.  

however you skin this cat the price is right today.  

I still say $15 to 17 by Xmas.  We have 7 months and three quarter ends to go.   So a dollar a month or so.   Thrilling times.
