RE:SIBANYE coo presentation/ interview
I didn't see the connection between SIBANYE and GENM????
Now, after seeing the video in part, I understand. And it lights up something in my head.

The SIBANYE company is actually SIBANYE-STILLWATER and Stillwater can buy out part of GENM to get 51% of the project but if they do it on the terms established then it will cost them more than making a GENM BUYOUT at the current price! WOW!

I just realized that a BUYOUT is more than likely...by July 22, 2021 according to GENM's press release of April 30, 2021.

In accordance with the terms of a waiver and extension agreement dated April 30, 2021 entered into between the parties, the management committee has temporarily deferred consideration of a "commercial production decision", as such term is defined in the JVA, until July 22, 2021 (the "Commercial Production Decision Date")
