So much blah, blah, blah...REAL STORY.

So much blah, blah, blah...REAL STORY.This narrative that there is further environment liability is pure fiction, the site was reclaimed by the govt a decade ago. The Department of Water and Environment signs off on Emerita development proposal in round 2 of tender. The only company that's going to be on the hook for anything is Grupo Mex bad actors for personally liability to the town for holding up the mine because of their illegal actions...... the Supreme Court Ruling influenced the Appellate Court which then ruled down to the lower court....see the chain of command coming from the top.....

"Subsequent to the unanimous ruling by five judges of the Appellate Court of Seville (the “Appellate Court”) in favour of Emerita’s appeal of the lower court’s decision, Emerita was notified by the Seville Court #3 that the Aznalcollar case has been opened following the orders from the upper court (see news release dated October 4, 2019) and the legal process is proceeding towards resolution. All testimony relating to this phase of the proceedings has now been completed and the resolution is expected to be issued by the presiding judge shortly following the end of the lock down period when courts can reopen. Following the order from the Appellate Court that the lower court reconsider and investigate the claims against the accused as well as investigate certain representatives of Minorbis-GM, the case has been expanded by the lower court in terms of number of crimes as well as number of individuals charged. This is the second time that the Appellate Court has ordered the lower court to reopen its investigation. The Appellate Court reiterated its findings from its original decision, namely that there is strong evidence of gross negligence and misconduct by the accused and that it is necessary to continue investigating whether criminal acts were committed by the accused. A key finding of the Appelate Court was that Minorbis-GM failed to comply with the requirements of the first stage of the tender process and should never have been eligible to participate in the second stage of the tender. On the basis of the Appelate Court ruling that bid should be disqualified, Emerita’s bid is the only remaining qualified bid. Further, the Appellate Court has ordered the lower court to investigate whether the accused committed fraud, bribery, influence peddling, abuse of power and embezzlement."

9 Charges, 1 High Ranking Gov't Official Fired! Soon as lock downs are over, within days, weeks, AZN will be ours.
Pretty black and white, right?

This silly thought that EMO, the victum of the crime should should be accountable for the mine delay is STUPID. You don't blame the victum, you blame ans sue the criminals. The town should sue Grupo Mex for the mine delay and loss of tax revenue, effect on tows people, Spain should bar them from operating in Country.

These silly unfactual attcks on EMO are meaningly. USE SOME LOGIC.

Here's a thought to entertain: It's your money. I guess a reasonable question regarding permitting in general would be: Why would the govt tender land packages they don't intend to allow mining on, especial those with historically resources, brownfield sites, disturbed surface areas and consolidate those deposits, brownfields and disturbed areas into a single land package, into one block that can when combined support a milling complex, why would they do it if they didn't want mining, and then pass a law decreeing underground mining as essential, that permitting will be allowed in pretty much all areas and fast-tracked (for Spain fast is a relative term) and underground mining because of it's small environmental foot print will have priority over other economical activities in the Province that Emo operates in and that Province will get up to +3 billion in funding from the EU to support underground mining if they didn't intend to allow the development of those deposits that are not anywhere near a town, farms, etc ,etc. Does that make sense? Really it's time to apply some basic logic here... Plus why would Matsa and Emo fight for 6 years over a land package if you couldn't mine it, you don't think either company did there Due Diligence? Again apply some critical thinking... Here's my advice don't listen to the sensible data driven poster or ill-intensioned anonymous bashing posters. Just look at the facts and weigh them... What makes sense? WHAT MAKE LOGICAL SENSE with Paymogo development or the coming Ontario Land Package or the outcome of Aznalcollar. Usually the simplest answer is the correct one. ie) they passed a law, got funding from eu, tendered land = mining ie)9 of guys charged(7 govt, 2 Grupo Mex), 1 his ranking public official fired, case reopened by order of the Supreme Court of Spain in the Province, 5 Supreme Court judges agreed, order down to the lower court = Emo gets Aznalcollar. Logic. no emotional, just cause and effect.

Bash away heresay is no match for FACTS.
