I think the disclosure in the NR may be discretionary but rules and regs will dictate required filings on SEDAR. Insiders definitely have to file in SEDI if they participated, I am not up on my institutional filings. I hold some hope that some of these will be active in marketing both KNR as an investment and KNR's products to bring greater awareness to BC. Some institutional players can do wonders for the stock, so maybe to your question one could get some idea knowing who the players are.
