CEO has zero charisma

CEO has zero charismaI took a look into CMC Metals and the high silver eq. grades looked attractive. But I am going to pass on this play for the following reasons:
-cash flow from production is nowhere in sight
-remote location in southern Yukon.
-CEO's speaking skills are poor and totally lacking in charisma, so I dont see how he is going to be able to market the company to potential new investors.
