He was just referring to the Mako weekly gold sale from San Albino. Despite the gold price being above $1900 at times, every time Mako has some ready for sale, the gold price has dipped back below $1900. Meaning now that Mako has made its weekly gold sale, it's safe for buyers of gold to load up because now the price can go back above $1900. I hope that makes sense!
