Making my proxy vote countI often read people on this board expressing displeasure with Arc management. Although for the most part I disagree, this week most of us would have received the proxy for voting for and against members of your management team. One important matrix for me personally is management buying shares on the open market. It shows commitment with their own money like the rest of us retail investors. Those board members that rely on options granted to them and those that promptly sell those options in my opinion lack this commitment. One view of the list below summarizing some recent insider transactions may help some of you with you decision when voting. Complaining may make you feel good but supporting some board members and withholding your vote on others does send a message.
