RE:RE:RE:PPL AdvantageWith the rising price of oil, all advantages go to the PPL / IPL deal. BIP can only hope for a drop in oil prices so that the cash offer is superior and they can get a quick vote in their favour from short sighted investors. They will rush to close ASAP if that happens. PPL shares are very undervalued, same as IPL. This is why the share for share deal is beneficial to both sets of shareholders.
