I want to know WHY....

I want to know WHY....Someone, something, somehow believes we shouldn't trade above $0.60 even though two analysts believe we should be trading at $1.80....3X greater.  Again today, we will open up at $0.59 with someone offering 5,000 shares.  I just don't get it. Why hold the price down?  Anybody with a logical answer?
