In any case, to answer a few of your questions: the formation of a jointly owned, equally jointly owned, makes a great deal of sense
and should the initial capital injection ( Totalling $20 million ) result in proving out their concept, Voltaxplore could attract significant interest from well heeled OEM or others to finance the anticipated $Billion plus to build out the first operating plant .
I really have no idea how far down the road Voltaxplore is on any of this, but the fact that they are throwing more than impulse purchase money at this suggests that you are likely correct that they are planning two steps, two large steps ahead.
I see no need , though, for the partners to take Voltaxplore public if they can get all necessary financing from an OEM or other potential private partner.
I am not sure what you meant by "reverse takeover" in this case.
Do you somehow see the Voltaxplore swallowing it's founding partners?
