That said, Europe but in this case Germany specifically have a longer history with non-pharma therapies than we here in NA. Europeans don't tend to dive right into the pill bottle when they have an ailment and that culture starts right from the care provider themselves. Got a tummy ache, over there they'd give you probiotics and tell you to eat rice and potatoes, here most people and Drs would tell your to head to the Imodium/Pepto aisle (although that itself is changing).
Point is, the 500EUR per month does seem high, but on the other hand, it is an average and some people do spend alot of their money on non-pharma therapies over there.....a couple of vials of high pot oil, some ointment etc can get you there.

really ? an average of Cdn$737.00 month ?? wow, i'd be pretty medicated then.
unless it's a typo as 50 euros is about Cdn$75.00 and i believe the Cdn average is approx $125.00 month.
