My two steps are Voltaxplore first   securing proof of concept in a commercially profitable manner, and second, securing the financing for the plant to produce that viable product. How the plant is to be financed is up to market factors at the time, but your reverse takeover scenario seems somewhat too convoluted to my simple mind. Could just be my ignorance, but seems to me a proven, cost effective battery that is a significant improvement over existing technology should be fairly easy to get partnership interest and /or financing.

But I'm certainly open to different approaches, would just like to see some visible progress as interest seems to be melting away
at the same pace as the share price!
