Having said that - I am getting a little nervous that there has not been an announcement yet this week in terms of an acquisition. Prad clearly stated in last week's video that there would be. I really don't think that he should say those things if they aren't 100% going to happen. 

I realize there's time left in the week, but not much....


He is only announcing closed deals. Most deals do close on Fridays with the lawyers. That being said deals are usually announced after hours. These are not LOI any longer. Which I think is a way better way.
