News baked in?I am not sure what this means!
Sibanye not participating is not the worst news. Management has repeatedly stated that this would be the best news and they have predicted it as the most likely outcome. At no point have they suggested any other news is realistic.
I am not here to stick around for the next few weeks. I want to invest in a company that is going to go all the way and get an incredibly profitable mine up and running. By staying invested in such a company, I don't have to pay taxes, my investment will grow at an excellent rate and I do not have to worry about looking around for another company with such excellent prospects.
As I stated before, one has to hope that management is aware of the potential slip in share price if Sibanye announces a no-investment decision and will be working towards presenting their financing strategy ASAP to maintain the faith of the market. In any case, permits and financing will be complete in less than 9 months and the value of this mine will be apparent to a lot of investors.
