Could CVM just get on with it utilising the patented aspects of the product and then, when Bakema files a lawsuit refuse to make any payments under the restructuring agreement, pending resolution of the patent dispute . . .then string it out long enough that; at 66 Bakema would probably have left us naturally anyway, hastened by the stress of the dispute. A risky strategy but right now what else do we have to lose?
