Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

RE:2004 Option PlanThank You I was unable to find this. This is one of the voting questions. To approve or dissaprove options for this past year. It is my opinion that now is not the time for further dillution. Revenue is almost non existant ( covid certainly affected laser sales )
and clinical trials delayed again covid related. During this time I have seen no efforts at all by the CEO and his mgt team to market our success and increase shareholder returns. Quite the opposite in my opinion. So for this covid year it is a big fat NO for me and my vote !
