A report must be filed with the Ontario Securities Commission concerning any “material change”
as soon as practicable and in any event within ten days of the date on which the change occurs."
This actually means it needs to be done immediately, and in no cases can it be later then 10 days.
Information of a material nature must be released as soon as it is available.
