RE:continue, Just inflation news or maybe shortsC. Funk made the remark in the last interview video with CruxInvestor that they are ready for any scenario with the 3 Mexico properties. So whatever good, medium or bad results, they will be ready to move on them or move away from them.
So that fits with this management team's excellent qualifications to stay leveraged as they heap up solid results.
I've never been apart of a successful junior that went from exploration to development that didn't take the best offer from a major at the exploration end of it. It's always a great thing to hit those, but with this team I have been hoping for an alternative to getting bought-out or even partnering.
My thinking, and I could be way over my head here with financial understanding, is that they increase the fully diluted share structure by keeping only fund and privated investors to carry the water. Funk did say they would begin mining the Apollo underground mine and it would cost between 200 and 250 million--I assume he was talking USD to get the mine into profuction. So if the stock price hits $5 USD and the private and funds anti up, I am thinking the fully diluted will go up substantailly but still be low enough to open the door for a huge share price increase.
Funk was saying Apollo at MAYBE 100,000 oz/year production over a MAYBE 10 year mine life so I could see the investors doing fabulous after 3 years of mining, which should pay off their investment and warrants and all operating costs. Simultaneously us retail shareholders could realize the other 3 mines on Unga and the one on Centennial starting to go into production at the Apollo year 3 timeline.
Anyways, all rests with the next results and potential 1Moz re-rating for now or it's all mute.
