RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:FMV.........i apologize if I confused you by posting 15%.. Of course we are 20%.. my office is in transition so I havent taken the time to pull up my formulas. but that 15% I believe to be close to the percentage applied to the current share price of TUD when you you do the math..... you have to go thru a formula obviously to compute the difference in the book value based upon outstanding shares.. its just a simpler method of stating what our share price is.. I believe Charlies math and mine arrived at the same outcomes... TUD at 2.64 put AMK at 39cts or thereabouts.... the 20% is 20% but 20% isnt a direct correlation to price.. 2.60 TUD would put us at 54cts when we are actuality closer to 40cts I believe.. and for that reason even if TUD slipped to 1.40 and I am not saying it will but if it did thats about where we are currently priced.... So treating this as a long postion and adding on weakness in a TFSA and being prepared to ride it out for the eventual sale of the company will prove to be profitable, that I am confident of... hopefully this helps any confusion..
