Request for a quote is among the last steps before closing a deal. Government grants require such official documents, bankers, lease dealers, etc ... Shouldn't take that long.

Those 36 torches, forgive me if my question is stupid, but how imminent could an actual order be? Days, weeks or months still? Costly stuff takes forever, yet the client must have been aware a long time what the approximate cost will be for them. Thoughts?
