They did recently retire significant debt, I think it was around the 57 Mil and offload some non performing real estate so a 100 Mil improvement in capital sounds about right. Not sexy just good fundamentals putting value in shareholders pockets. I am sure CT is providing input in what they needed to see before the upcoming warrant options.
