RE:RE:RE:JV sections in the southeast corner SDE and PIPE are my two largest E&P holdings.

I think SDE is just getting going, but they've got their hands full: they plan now to bring both Gold Creek and SImonette to 20k boe/d in addition to 40k in the deep basin.

...and their 'problem' I guess is that their equity is too cheap to easily finance a big deal. Instead they've been picking things up for cheap out of CCAA (They stole BXE) or exchanging their cheap equity for and even cheaper asset (like they did with Inception).

If they get big enough in the coming years, and their share price reflects that, they can look at making bigger deals with equity, but right now PIPE is too big and too expensive [relatively]. I expect them both to appreciate greatly from here, PIPE may be a bit further out since they're a greenfield operation and growing from essentially nothing, but ultimately the upside from here is much, much higher.
