The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. RE:RE:RE:RE:Warrants now leading the stonk >>>no !  the wts are diluted in this 10:1..the wts are a seperate instrument - security listing and are not directly tied to the stoks..

NCI has a listing for Wts and another for the common..

the wts are good..  except it takes 10 per tin cup share..

the american equivalent is convertibles or rag-tops; this is built into the original instrument/stok...  you only need to hold the stok to convert...

i am a rank amature w these warrant menues...  i hav seen some rather far flung price swings where they go ever unity and the strike price to purchase..  initial offerings and closing in expirations where the stoks are slammed up 20 to 25% for an exercise w sell..

we shuld see some of the market maker throttle, ease bak' going into july..  the mine wants the higher wrt price on exercise, and i will B looking for a stok price run-up last couple weeks in dec/jan...
