Why is this?
They haven't yet secured a loan from an African bank to fund the DRC build-out. It's taking a bit longer than they anticipated. However, they are hoping to have the first 122 sites in Cameroon up and running by end of this year, so we'll see revenue being generated in fiscal 2022, with DRC (hopefully) starting to come online by second half of 2022.
