RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Ha >>> someone felt they had to down-tick the close :))50 SHILLINGS is 100M$++ to NCI which will cancel most of their outstanding...

as to JV  - will hav to wait until the courts tackel the Thacker Suit; Regional BLM Director told the news reporter..  he did nto see where thacker opponets had an opening to sue - let alone a federal case..

keep in mind..  these thacker news article are big about Tribal Elders oppose !

sounds like a clear winner for the poor ol tribal's...

reality !  its not squat until a Tribal Chief Speaks - now we are dealing w daddy warbuks !!

Tribe signed off on the ARC Consent Agreement last month - the tribes will B mega pissedd if they hav to hunt snail darters w tomahawks..........

as to funding a JV..  i am going w NCI as Lead and a standalone proxy company w/n NVG..

i am simply guesing ehre...

nevada banks have money to fund a OP but a ton of exposure w legacies - ppresent/past

the reno regional banks would get good returns on the loans.. or simply issue bonds and several of the larger mines do that now..  but not in the US..

catepillar has series bonds..  but its thru the mexican exchanges.. traded south of the border on maturity..

third party funding thru a canacord is loaded w pressures thru the course of the loan..  lot a demand settlerment issues + increased interest rates..  something that hassles NCI to this day..

these direct JV loans from a canacord lender also depress the stok..  here there is a little truthNlending..  the mines take physical delivery of the cash - put it on their books and promptly get shorted to mars-bars coming out thier nose..

banks will simply fund perm construction(this would B a first - scotia mayplay?) and the completed project goes on the books as a lien - premium due...  this is not a direct spend down on mine cash flow...

these companies are off-shore and really hard to sue; so this is probably a first choice...

as to NVG..  lets see what happens.  if NVG gold does come in..  NMT will B the principal miners.  ABX will get to sharpen the pencils for NCI !
