Globus Maritime Limited Announces Pricing of $50 Million Registered Direct Offering

The only thing that I don't like about the financing is the "Pre-Funded Warrants"....they tend to be a double edged sword

But all is good..... I am sitting on a smaller position with afairly low ACB

Will hold and watch
