2M Share X-Trade

2M Share X-TradeLooking at the L2 trades it looks like there was an organized crosstrade at .51 for 2M shares between two parties.

These are usually a good sign. Cross-trades occur when a seller and buyer have an agreement at a prescribed price to make a trade. It is how an orderly market operates instead of one side selling into the BID and the other trying to nail the ASK.

This is sometimes due to the Seller needing to exit a position for any number of personal or professional reasons: divorce/seperations, estate liquidations, rebalancing of portfolios, etc.

With the overhang of this exchange out of the way it opens the door for the stock to move up without the previous resistance of 2M shares. There could be more on the way.

We should see the effect of this volume begin to show up next week. I am bullish on this company although I believe management can be significantly upgraded.
