RE:RE:From Dougnill
Getting industrial water wont be a problem as long as they have access to rail, i dont know where they stand on that or the closest siding they can use. But rail is excessively cheap for transport. They can buy industrial water in places where its almost free like Louisiana & ship it in a 30,000 gallon tanker for something like 12-15 cents per mile. That isnt free, it is a cost outside budgeting. But it is definitely not a limiting factor, & no government state or local can restrict the use of that water, so the supply in essence would be unlimited. People who normally buy water by the acre foot would not like paying by the gallon, but if it is that or bankruptcy, it is a small cost. Likewise, i sold all last year & feel lucky now to have escaped with my hat & a small profit, but i am still a follower, as i have learned much from this project's consternations.
